I have non steam cs. I am able to connect to any servers but i cant connect to any servers that belong to turkey. I have tried connecting different servers from different countries, but for some reason I cant connect only to turkey servers.

Your ip address may have been blocked by the administrator?

If i was b ed, why would I be banned in all only turkey servers, most servers I didn't even play ?

Pls try to understand my problem, the problem is the server is not responding or not transfering data.

I have tries several methods.

if we receive too many ddos attack from your'e contry, we block whole traffic from your'e country.

I can connect to any servers of any countries, like US, Russia, France, etc.

Your internet provider can filter these countries. Can you write in cmd screen? tracert "pro.csduragi.com" (without quetes)

You have too much ping,i think our firewall blocking your'e connection
