Request Spectator bots plugin

Request to make spectator bots plugin, there should be 2 bots auto off and on. Bots should be on always even if there is not players online, They should off when server is 30/32 then should off 1 bot and and when server reach 31/32 then should off and 2nd bot when server reach 29 players bots should connect automacly.
